All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment is taken at the point of placing an order whether it is in or out of stock, orders are despatched once all items are in stock. All images of product on this site are for guidance only.

All prices include VAT at 15%.

Postage & Packing Charges
Our charges for postage and packing depend on delivery region and total order value.

Returns Policy
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused or in its original packaging. However if charges have been incurred IE Delivery costs there will be a handling charge(Min £10). potblacksportbar.co.uk cannot accept returns on used merchandise, custom or personalised items.

Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Proof of purchase will be required.

Returns Procedure
If for any reason you decide to return an unused item or wrong size garment, a 10% value of the order handling fee will be incurred and the cost of postage is down to you. Cancelled orderers are only accepted via email to sales@potblacksportsbar.co.uk. When exchanging faulty goods, you must send them back to us and on receipt of the goods we will exchange, credit or refund which ever is your preference, AG Leisure Ltd have the right to refuse any of these options down to company discression.
